Jiwanta Nepal conducted two orientation programs with local community members of RaviOpi VDC of Banepa to discuss the possibilities of waste economics. The orientation is a part of our ongoing project social entrepreneurship scheduled to get completed within this fiscal year.
Most of the locals came out with the possibilities of making plastic, paper items and compost from the wastes. We are collecting suggestions and aside doing preliminary studies to find the best possible program to run in the community. We believe that the program must be sustainable and in turn community people should also get economic benefits side by side. More discussion will be carried in the respective communities.
